Refund policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of StudySphere products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or work on a personalized product has begun.
Customers may request cancellation before a personalized timetable or custom product has been started. Once work has commenced, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
If customers experience technical issues accessing purchased digital products, StudySphere will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate purchases, failed delivery that cannot be resolved, or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of StudySphere.
