Digital products are delivered electronically via downloadable files, email delivery, Google Drive access, or personalized delivery depending on the product purchased.

Personalized study timetable orders typically require customers to complete an information form after purchase. Personalized products are generally delivered within 24–48 hours after all required information has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders if delivery emails are not immediately visible.
